Group Travel

Arranging travel for small or large groups of people can be daunting.

We have many years experience of organising travel for groups of all sizes, particularly school groups, and we can assist with any requirements, however unusual.

As a general rule, 10 people or more travelling together qualify as a 'group' and require special booking procedures with most transport providers. There may also be special fares or booking conditions for groups.

If you're travelling by train, most train companies will allow the party a discount of 26%, but not necessarily at peak times. Virgin Trains have special ticket types for school and non-school groups which we can issue. For large groups it is possible to charter a special train, or reserve a whole coach on a scheduled service.

Similarly, airlines will generally offer a discount for group bookings and we can quote for chartering aircraft of all sizes to any destination in the world.
