Our straighforward approach to travel management includes hotel reservations.

We work with a wide range of hotel chains, independent hotels and wholesale hotel rate suppliers. We can also book private guest houses, apartments and self-catering cottages.

Whether you've already selected your accommodation or you need us to recommend somewhere suitable, we make the reservation and payment process as simple as possible.

We will settle the guest's account direct with the accommodation provider, including any authorised incidentals such as dinner, phone calls etc., and invoice your Business Credit Account (or charge your credit card if you prefer).

We can supply a monthly statement of VAT paid for reclaim purposes.

We charge a simple flat-rate fee per reservation, irrespective of the number of rooms or the number of nights (special rates apply for group bookings).

How to book

If you don't already know which hotel or other accommmodation you want to stay at, let us help

Tell us whereabouts you need to be - near a client's office perhaps or a conference centre, maybe en-route if you're driving - and we'll find accommodation that matches your requirements.

We may be able to offer a choice of rates - cheaper if you forego the flexibility of being able to change or cancel your reservation. We can also book government rates or your organisation's negotiated rates if appropriate.

Particularly in London, staying in a cheaper area of the city can be a false economy if any saving is swallowed up in tube or taxi fares, not to mention travelling time. We can advise on the best overall choice of accommodation, taking all these factors into account.

Rather than setting of at the crack of dawn for an early meeting and paying peak rail fares, it may be cheaper to travel the previous evening and stay in a hotel near your destination. The cost of a rail-inclusive hotel package is often less than the rail fare alone (and you can have a lie-in).
